The Company will collect and record the data which you provide to the Company through the mobile application or through surveys by any means or data received by interactive email or through the collection of personal data by other means whereas your data which the Company collected including but not limited to the following data (as the case may be) ;

5. Your device information which include the phone’s serial number (International Mobile Equipment Identity Number or “IMEI”), Serial number (Serial Number) and other details related to your mobile phone

7. Location via positioning system (GPS)

8. Any other information which you share or make public through social media (facebook, Instagram etc.)

9. Information from other source including information about others that you provided to the Company, such as names and contact address of your friends. The Company may also obtain information about you from other sources including the external parties who assist the Company in improving, expanding, analyzing the Company’s record and find new customers.

The Company receives and collects all the information which you enter into the Application and/or through other channels which include the internet protocol address (IP Address), the behavior of visiting the website during access Company’s Application, specific characteristics of devices and web browser and referring internet URLs . All these information will be collected and saved through a technology known as Cookies (“Cookies”) or the mobile machine identifiers. The mobile device Company stored on your device so that the Company’s system can recognize your device and to enable the Company to provide the service features such as advertisements about other applications or websites based on your interests and also keeping the list of items during your visit.

The address information, application and website of the Company may collect some certain information such as the type of mobile device which you are using so that you can use the services in the application effectively. 13. The information collected by the Company will be used by the Company for the purpose of providing the services which include but not limited to the following services;

13.3 To provide evaluation and improve the Application services and other related businesses

13.4 To suggest value-added services or any other advertising material provided to you through the Application and/or by email; and

The Company may retain your information as long as your account is still active or as necessary to provide your services to you as specified in accordance with the Terms of Service to comply with legal obligations, contracts or for resolution the dispute and / or for the enforcement of the Company’s contract.

B. The method that Land and Houses PLC. shares your information.

In case you provide the information to the businesses, stores, Application which owned and provided by the Company, you acknowledge and give consent in the event that this information may be shared among the Company and the organizations within the group of Company including affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners, in accordance with the privacy policies of each company or organization accordingly as the case may be. However, the Company may share your information to other third parties in order to provide certain services such as;

1. Acceptance of service reservation

2. Postal delivery, parcel or services which related to the postal or parcel delivery (if any)

3. Sending the marketing communications to the Company

4. Accepting the member subscriptions.

C. Protection of information collected by Land and Houses PLC.

Your privacy is a top priority, therefore the Company determines to protect all information which collected from all the users by using proper security measures to maintain and control the confidentiality of your personal privacy data, limit the access to such information as appropriate including taking the necessary and reasonable measures to secure the safety of information to reduce the risks and create the protection layer for your online transactions from fraud or criminal activity. However, the Company cannot make any representations or guarantee that the security of the information you submit to the Company is under control and/or not fall into the possibility of committing fraud on the internet or create identity theft which will force the account to be taken such as take over the account by fraud. D. Your Choices regarding the information which Land and Houses PLC. collects

You have the following options as follows;

1. Stop subscribing to any notifications, email or phone calls relating to marketing or promotional communications and/or mobile communications about marketing.

2. Update, complete and correct your personal information.

3. Close your user account and

4. Subject to some certain restrictions, you may request to remove the content or personal data (post) on Application. In the event that the deletion of such content or information is not possible or the Company cannot delete the content of such information, the Company will inform you as soon as possible.

*You acknowledge that though the Company can make such information anonymous or make your content or your information no longer visible but in doing so does not mean that the Company has removed all your content or personal data from the internet or application and website as the external parties may keep the content or information prior to the anonymous process or delete the content or data (such as keeping screenshots of Application or websites or cache files). E. Interest-based Advertising

The Company may use the Application accessed historical data and personal data received by the Company in the display advertisements that are related to your interest. The Company may place an interest-based advertising on the Company’s application and website or through websites of external providers based on viewing history which is collected through applications used by the Company or through third-party applications and/or websites. The Company may share anonymous web browsing historical data from applications and websites and privacy personal data with the external parties for the relevant advertisement, which such data may be combined with the assumptions from other websites that you visit through the Application and Website to show you the proper advertisements which are suitable for you.

F. Access of youths

The Company does not want anyone under the age of 20 or under the age of majority to use the Application and Website. Therefore, if you are under 20 years of age, you may use the Application and the Website only when you have your parents or guardian and/or legal representative supervise only.

G. Links to other websites

Links to other websites displayed on the Application and Website of the Company have their own Privacy Policies. Thus, you must study the Private Policy which related and applicable to the website that you visit.

The Company may need or be requested to make any changes, amend or edit the Private Policy of the Company from time to time to serve the growth of the customer base and the Company. Users can delete user data via Application iDesign by following this steps.

a. From Home Page, Select Hamburger Menu

b. From Hamburger Menu, Select Settings

c. From Settings, Select Delete Your Account

d. From Delete Your Account , Give us reasons then select Delete Account
